Consumer Assistance Services Association was incorporated under the laws of Illinois as a not-for-profit association in January, 2001. The Association provides members access to a variety of benefits and consumer services.

Although the Association is not an insurance company, limited insured benefits are available to all members through group insurance policies issued to the Association.

Our goal is to provide affordable and innovative benefits to the general public. Our Plans are particularly appropriate for people who are uninsured, underinsured, or uninsurable due to existing health conditions. Our Plans help members manage and budget their medical expenses, supplement current insurance coverage, and provide access to health care services at affordable rates.

Our Plans also provide members savings on everyday consumer items such as groceries, automotive services, car and truck rental, buying and leasing, and internet shopping. Legal services, debt assistance and consolidation, identity theft protection, medical financing, and travel services are either included at no additional cost or are available at discounted rates.

Members are always provided exceptional customer service. A trained staff of dedicated, knowledgeable individuals are eager to answer member’s questions and to provide assistance when necessary, whether it is explaining the Plan benefits, or assisting in the filing of claims.
