Physician & Hospital Network Savings – Members can maximize benefits and save money when utilizing physicians, medical facilities and hospitals that are part of the Physician & Hospital Provider Network consisting of over 350,000 physicians and hospitals across the country. When utilizing a network provider, members experience savings of 5% to 40%.

Vision Care – Members can save 15% to 45% off the retail price of eyewear. Discounts are available on exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses from more than 40,000 providers nationwide. Discounts are available on Laser Vision Correction also.
